149 1 An exhortation to the Church to praise the Lord for his victory and conquest, that he giveth his Saints against all man’s power.

Praise ye the Lord.

Sing ye unto the Lord [a]a new song: let his praise be heard in the Congregation of Saints.

Let Israel rejoice in him that [b]made him, and let the children of Zion rejoice in their [c]King.

Let them praise his Name with the flute: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
